Service Module - for Returns capabilities
Availability - for cross-location availability lookups, endless aisle
Inventory - marking stock items as damaged, display/demo, unsellable.

The Pick and Pack feature suiteof the Store Fulfilment app allows stores to pick and pack online orders that are allocated to the store based on store inventory at the time of order creation. The Fluent Store’s interface is used to access the capabilities of the Pick and Pack feature suite.

Fluent Store Dashboard

Fluent Store's configurable dashboard displays key information about orders and fulfilment and their statuses. It helps in-store staff monitor orders waiting for pick-up and plan the pick-and-pack process, and also provides visibility to retail managers, allowing analysis of performance at a store level. Tiles display fulfilment quantities and their statuses. For example, a tile may display the total count of fulfilments in 'Awaiting Pick' status (Orders Awaiting Pick) for one day (or more) at a specific location. Tiles are clickable, navigating to a separate page showing data for that tile.

ARRIVALS

The Arrivals feature of Fluent Store is used for inter store transfers for Click and Collect orders sourced from a location different to customer’s chosen pick up location. In this section of the module, the store users can view Inbound orders expected to arrive in store from another location.When a Click & Collect order arrives at a location, the store user marks the article as arrived.The store user performs the following steps to mark an article as arrived:

Click Arrivals from the side navigation.

Scan or manually enter the article barcode into the input field to be automatically directed to the Article Detail page. If the barcode does not scan, scroll through the list to find the article. To enable scanning functionality checkout USB Barcode Scanner Component
Select the article and then select MARK AS ARRIVED

CARRIER COLLECTIONS

Carrier Booking and the Carrier Collections feature is applicable to the Home Delivery fulfilments which are being shipped to a customer as well as the Click and Collect fulfilments which are being shipped from the fulfilling store to the customer's pick up location.

The customer Collections feature is applicable to the Click and Collect fulfilments. This feature enables the store users to confirm the orders collected by customers in-store.

The UNCOLLECTED Articles feature of the Fluent Store module provides a capability for the retailers to set a collection SLA for the customers.

Admin Console Overview

The Fluent Admin Console is a web browser-based portal, for retail business users, that provides the interface to manage orders, product availability, inventory and order fulfillment. The Admin Console is used by businesses and administrators to access a large range of functionality provided by the following Fluent Commerce apps:

Distributed Order Management
Global Inventory
Product Availability

Each app provides out-of-the-box capabilities that are accessed by the Fluent Admin Console.By default, the Admin Console displays content in English. However, v4.44 release onwards, the Fluent platform provides support for multiple languages. For more information on languages and localization and configuring other languages, click here. The console should be used on tablets and computers that have an active internet connection and a supported web browser.
