Modules
Reference Modules streamline your operations. The Core module manages general rules. The Fulfilment module is the foundation for in-store operations, it provides a reference workflow for picking, packing, and shipping orders. The Order module supports Click & Collect (C&C), Home Delivery (HD), and mixed baskets. The Inventory module oversees stock management and e-commerce availability.
Connectors
The Reference Connectors link your system with key platforms for better integration. These include Adobe Commerce for managing online stores, commercetools for building and scaling commerce applications, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) for handling e-commerce functionalities like shopping and order management, and Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) for improving customer service with efficient case management. SCIM (Azure) simplifies user identity and access management.
SDKs
Software Development Kits (SDKs) consist of tools, libraries, documentation, and sample code. You can utilize SDKs to build custom Components, Rules, and Connectors. SDKs help to streamline the development process by providing the necessary components to build, test, and debug software.
