Overview
To accelerate integration between the Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) and Fluent Order Management, Fluent Commerce provides a connector certified by Salesforce using their reference front-end architecture. The connector enables Customer Service Representatives to find and manage customer orders from a single application, which helps to:
- Reduce call time by managing orders from just one application
- Enhance customer experience - Shorter call times mean happier customers.
- Reduce training time - Using the familiar Salesforce UI.
- Access powerful business logic stored in Fluent Order Management.

Install and Configure Quickly
- Use the App Launcher in your Salesforce environment to install in under 5 minutes.
- Configure access to your Fluent Account and the App is ready for use

Find customers, orders and returns
- Search for customers by Name, Email, or Phone Number
- Search for orders by Ref, Type or Status and filter by Date
- Search for existing returns by Ref, Type or Status and filter by Date

View Order List

Manage Orders
- Add line items
- Remove line items
- Edit the quantity of a line item

- Change delivery method (e.g., from Click and Collect to Home Delivery or Home Delivery to Click and Collect)

- Cancel Orders

- Update the shipping address on an in-flight order (depending on the order status)

Manage Appeasements
- Create order-level appeasements
- Enter price overrides at the line item level and capture reason codes

View Returns List

Manage Returns
- Initiate returns of an entire order, or one or more line items
- Capture reason codes at the item level

- View and edit a return order

View Custom Attributes
- View custom attributes on all Fluent Order Management entities (e.g., orders, items, customer, fulfillment, returns) for example, customer loyalty status
