To accelerate integration between the Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) and Fluent Order Management, Fluent Commerce provides a connector certified by Salesforce using their reference front-end architecture. The connector enables Customer Service Representatives to find and manage customer orders from a single application, which helps to:

  • Reduce call time by managing orders from just one application
  • Enhance customer experience - Shorter call times mean happier customers.
  • Reduce training time - Using the familiar Salesforce UI.
  • Access powerful business logic stored in Fluent Order Management.
