Overview
The UNCOLLECTED Articles feature of the Fluent Store module provides a capability for the retailers to set a collection SLA for the customers.
Key points
- This feature enables the retailers to set clear in store processes and drive positive customer experience for the click and collect orders, in the scenarios where customer fails to pick up the order.
- This also then enables the retailers to reuse the inventory after a certain period of time rather than waiting for the customer for longer periods.
- Having this extra tab of Uncollected articles in Fluent Store, allows the store users to differentiate between the articles awaiting collection for a longer time, and enables the store associate to help out the customers in case they fail to pick up in store, which in turn drives positive customer experience.
Depending upon the business decision, the store users can either CANCEL or allow additional time for COLLECTION of the article by the customer that has passed the collection SLA.
