Overview

The Fluent Big Inventory Web App is pre-configured with standard functions that provide the interface for managing products, inventory, feeds, and sources and serve as a starting point for your projects.

The default UX templates are hosted on the platform, so you don't have to create the manifest settings unless you need to customize the existing baseline configuration.

Technical Information and Dependencies

The Fluent Big Inventory Web App is based on the inventory module. The inventory module needs to have all required dependencies.

Browser and Device Support

The fluent Big Inventory Web App is built using our tested OMX Design System, which is based on Material Design. It's highly customizable, offering flexibility to meet Customers' unique needs. The modern, user-friendly interface works smoothly on desktops, tablets, and mobile screens.

The following Browsers have been tested:

  • Safari, Chrome, Firefox

Language Support

Default Language Pack:

  • en-AU

Additional Language Packs available:

  • en-GB, en-US, fr-EU

The Fluent Big Inventory Web App is available on the following URL:

`https://<ACCOUNT_ID>.<ENVIRONMENT>.apps.fluentcommerce.com/inventory`

You can enter your retailer username and password.

Additional Information

  • You must set up at least one user to access the Fluent Big Inventory Web App.
  • The user must have 
    `METRICS_VIEW`
    permission to see data on the Sources and Feeds dashboards.
  • You can customize the UI according to your business requirements using the OMX UX framework.
  • You can add and configure workflows to cover your business needs.

You must have an existing Fluent Commerce Account with at least one Retailer set up to be able to configure the Fluent Big Inventory Web App. 

Should you wish to tailor the Fluent Big Inventory Web App for customer-specific needs, you should override the default Fluent Big Inventory Web App template and add your manifest to the Account Settings.

Sources Dashboard

The Sources Dashboard allows customers to understand the current state of Inventory Ingestion within their account. Customers can understand how their inventory is processed and monitor the execution flow in real time.

The Sources Dashboard visualizes inventory metrics and displays user-friendly information by querying inventory-related metrics data.

The data is presented for up to the last 24 hours. You can read more about how to configure periods in the guide.

The Sources Dashboard contains Overview and Sources sections.

Feeds Dashboards

The Feeds Dashboard contains general information about inventory feeds for an account for the selected periods (default periods are: last 30 minutes, last 1 hour, last 8 hours, last 24 hours). You can read more about how to configure periods in this guide.

The Feeds Dashboard contains Overview and Feeds sections.
