This course provides a comprehensive overview of integrating with the Fluent Order Management System (OMS). We'll explore the Fluent OMS platform and its core modules, integration layers, and payload transformations for connecting with third-party systems and common interfaces (Online Store, PIM, Inventory, Carrier, Payment, WMS). We'll then dive into integration methods: APIs (REST & GraphQL), OMX Workflow Framework, Batches, and Connectors. Finally, we'll cover API access and data exchange formats.

This course introduces the Fluent OMX UX Framework (Mystique) and its configuration-based approach to building Fluent Platform-aware web apps. You'll learn how Mystique enables UIs to dynamically respond to workflow changes, delivering a best-in-class user experience. The course covers the UX Framework's core concepts, including the pre-built Component Library, setting up and understanding the OMX Web App Manifest (a JSON document driving the application), and creating and customizing these manifests.

The Fluent Order Management system handles various processes like Order updates, cancellations, returns, and Fulfillments. Utilizing webhooks for real-time communication, it integrates seamlessly with external systems, allowing flexibility for order management. This includes handling Click and Collect, Home Delivery, and Ship-from-Warehouse scenarios, with clear workflows to track inventory and Order status throughout the customer journey.

The Rules SDK course provides a hands-on learning experience for building custom Rules for the OMX Workflow Framework using Java. Learners will be guided through the main features of the SDK, and then write, test, deploy and use a custom rule in an Order workflow.

This course provides a practical introduction to setting up and configuring the Fluent platform. You'll learn about sandbox vs. production environments and explore foundational entities: Accounts, Retailers, Locations, Networks, Users, Roles, Permissions, and Settings. Hands-on experience setting up a new account and configuring two retailers using the LaunchPad v1 Postman Collection is included. This module prepares you for subsequent lessons by providing essential tools and platform knowledge.

Store is a core module and Fluent web app that manages Store operations. By completing this module, participants will:

• Understand the Store Domain model.
• Be able to navigate the Store app.
• Manage Store operations, including Wave creation, Picking, Packing, and Dispatching.
• Oversee Arrivals and Customer Collections.

This learning course provides an understanding of the tools, activities, and support processes in Fluent Commerce. Key topics include troubleshooting using Fluent OMS and Postman, managing plugins and workflows, leveraging audit events for debugging, and navigating the support process for partners through Fluent platform support and Expert Services.

Inventory is a core module of the Fluent platform that manages stock and e-commerce availability.  By completing this module, participants will:

• Learn about Virtual Catalogues, Available to Sell (ATS), Available to Promise (ATP), safety stock, and exclusion controls
