Fluent Analytics has evolved beyond operational dashboards with the introduction of Fluent Analytics Studio, a dedicated analytics application designed for analyst users.While Fluent Analytics dashboards provide visibility into operational performance across Orders, Fulfilments, Inventory, and Returns, Analytics Studio enables users to investigate the underlying causes behind trends, exceptions, and operational issues without relying on custom reports or engineering support.By bringing exploration, investigation, reporting, and monitoring together in a single experience, Analytics Studio helps teams move from understanding what happened to uncovering why it happened and deciding what to do next.Analytics Studio is included in your Fluent OMS licence at no additional cost.Changelog
🔍 Drill-down investigationGo beyond dashboard numbers. When a metric spikes or drops, drill into the underlying data, apply filters, and trace the issue to its source. For example: a cancellation spike can reveal a free shipping threshold change as the cause, with a list of affected Customers ready to export for Customer Service outreach.🔔 Threshold-based alerts
Set conditions on any metric and receive alerts when they're breached. Monitor by exception instead of checking dashboards manually. For example: alert when more than 15 orders have been in allocated status for over 24 hours.📤 Data exports
