How do I complete the labs in a Knowledge Track?

You will need to request a Fluent Commerce Training Account to complete the Knowledge Tracks labs.

Optional Course - Technical - Setup and Configuration

This course is required for at least one technical resource if your organization wants a Partner Sandbox Account.Optional for others, it covers Setup and Configuration labs and requires a Technical Training Account to complete.The course is included in the Tech Operations, Backend Developer, Frontend Developer, and Architect learning pathways.

How do I get a learning milestone?

To get your Learning Milestone, finish all Knowledge Tracks in your chosen pathway and complete the corresponding Assessments in the Builders Portal. You can also attempt to get a Certification, follow the study guide for learning prerequisites.

How to sign up to the Builders Portal

The Fluent Commerce Builder Account enables you to access the Fluent Builders Portal, where you can complete Assessments and Certifications.To sign up, please follow the steps in the Sign up for a Fluent Commerce Builders Account guide.
