Check out the Learning Pathways available, they follow a role-based approach and are available through our Knowledge Tracks. You will need a Training Account to complete the labs in the tracks. After which, you can complete the related assessments in the Builders Portal to attain a Certificate of Completion.

Step arrow right iconDo you need a Technical or Functional Training Account?

There are two types of Training Accounts, Functional and Technical. Technical accounts only apply to the Setup and Configuration Labs, Functional applies to all other Labs.

Upon receiving your request, please allow 24-48 hours to receive your credentials. Keep an eye on your Inbox, Spam, and Junk folders. If you haven't received credentials within 48 hours, please email us: docs@fluentcommerce.com

Step arrow right iconUsing your credentials

Once you've received your credentials via email, please click on the OneTimeSecret link to retrieve your Postman Environment file - this contains your Training Account credentials which you will utilize during the Labs in your upcoming course/s.

Install/ open Postman:

  • Go to Workspaces --> My Workspace  
  • Collections  
  • Import 
  • Paste raw text

Console (Workflow Modeller):

Note: replace the

`<accountId>`
with your assigned training account Id

OneTimeSecret Link Expired

If you don't click the link in time, you will be unable to retrieve your training credentials. In this case, please respond to the original email and we will share a new link with you.

Access Blocked

Due to firewall/security restrictions, some organizations will not allow access to the secret link. Please respond to our original email and let us know you can’t access it. We will send you a JSON file with your environment details, please do not share this with anyone else, as these credentials are unique to you.
