Discovery & Strategy 

Business Consulting Package 

Empower your business teams with actionable recommendations to leverage Fluent OMS and achieve your strategic objectives with a strict focus on fast time to value. What this package includes: An expert review of your business objectives in the order management and supply chain domains, assessing your current landscape and architecture before implementation begins.The Business Consulting phase includes:
  • Client workshops to capture and define business objectives, expected value, and how success will be measured.
  • Review of relevant tracked business metrics and objective prioritisation.
  • High level requirements capture linked directly to your key objectives.
  • AS IS systems architecture review, including existing integrations.
  • Expert review and contribution to your roll out business cases.
Key Deliverables: A comprehensive report featuring a summary of your business objectives, tailored recommendations on leveraging the platform, a high level solution scope, a recommended MVP implementation plan, and a Fluent product roadmap review.What is NOT included: This package strictly covers strategy and does not include the implementation project plan, project resourcing, delivery effort estimates, or ongoing consulting during the actual implementation phase.For more detailed information, see our PDF here
Implementation Support

For Customers

Project Implementation Package 

Accelerate development, resolve issues quickly and maximizes solution efficiency.What this package includes: Expert guidance alongside the Solution Design, Implementation, SIT/UAT Testing, and Launch phases.The Implementation and Testing phase includes: 
  • Consultation throughout the project delivery phase 
  • Access to a knowledgeable OMS consultant(s) for ongoing advice and guidance on scope and design considerations 
  • Participation in sprint ceremonies and stand ups or setup of regular office hours 
  • Advice and guidance of Fluent Commerce delivery recommended practices
The launch phase includes: 
  • Production account verification assistance 
  • Data staging assistance 
  • Go Live checklist review 
  • Platform Hypercare (first 24 hours)
Key Deliverables: Backlog of user stories, updated project estimates, workflow/architecture designs, and integration guidelines.

For Partners

Delivery Consulting Package 

Accelerate development, resolve issues quickly, align with best practices, and maximize solution efficiency.What this package includes: Expert guidance and support throughout the implementation, from sprint one through to go live. (Note: This package is designed to complement any Client packages and does not specifically include days for Discovery and Solution Design).

The Implementation phase includes:
  • Consultation throughout the project delivery phase
  • Access to a knowledgeable OMS consultant(s) for ongoing advice and guidance on scope and design considerations
  • Participation in Sprint ceremonies
  • Advice and guidance of Fluent Commerce delivery best practices
  • A point of contact into the wider Fluent Commerce organisation

Testing and Go Live Readiness

Performance Testing Package 

Validate the non functional aspects of an implementation and support a successful go live.What this package includes: Expert evaluation of the runtime behaviour of your implementation under a given workload and volumetrics.

The Performance Testing phase includes:
  • Consulting on testing best practices, test cases, and metrics
  • Set up of the test account and smoke tests
  • Scaling the test environment to production levels
  • Execution of the performance tests and support during test execution
  • Reviewing and collecting Fluent platform metrics for reporting
  • Remediation of implementation bottlenecks alongside your Partner

Ready For Launch (RFL) Package 

Evaluate key aspects of your design and implementation against best practices to guarantee stability.

What this package includes:  A fixed price go live readiness audit acting as a final "launch gate" to escalate concerns and provide actionable recommendations before launch.
The Go Live Readiness assessment includes:
  • Identification of known patterns which might risk the stability of the platform
  • Confirmation of the use of Fluent best practices
  • Review of the usage of any partner accelerators, plugins, and/or 3rd party dependencies
  • Review of performance test results
  • Review of environment sizing and license limits

Moving to the Fluent UX Framework 

Jump start your adoption to the new framework, providing an enhanced and flexible UI/UX with significantly lower maintenance costs.What this package includes: Expert assistance in the analysis and planning required to adopt the latest web applications (moving from Admin Console to Fluent OMS, and Service Point to Fluent Store).The Consulting Support phase includes:
  • Analysis of existing Admin Console and Service Point configurations
