This module introduces Availability in Fluent Order Management, a core module enabling diverse Fulfillment Options. We'll explore how Availability empowers retailers to offer ETAs, delivery choices, BOPIS/Click & Collect, projected fulfillment, and future availability. The module covers Availability's place in the Fluent Commerce platform and introduces fundamental concepts. By the end of the course, participants will understand Availability and Inventory Catalog modules, configure availability via the OMS Framework, and create Fulfillment Options and Plans.
