Platform Observability with Metrics

Monitor the Fluent platform operational data and observe platform/inventory availability and orchestration insights. Identify potential problems or anomalies before an escalation into critical issues, view the internal state of the platform, detect problems quickly, reduce the time spent diagnosing issues, and speed up the resolution process. Here's how:

• Benefit from Metrics data capturing, uploading, and storing in a monitoring system.
• Retrieve the Metrics data with Metrics GraphQL API.
• Visualize the Metrics data with OMX UX Framework, Business intelligence tools, or third-party Metrics analytics platforms.

Metrics are available for all customers with Fluent Order Management and Fluent Big Inventory.

• Initial release

• The retention time for the ingested Metrics data is 150 days.
• Custom Metrics creation is not available.
• Metrics related to events categorized as "Action" are not included.
• Inline events triggered via workflow for a given orchestrated entity are not captured.
• The maximum Metrics query time range is 32 days.
