Incremental patch release to address a security issue and increase the stability of malformed Fluent Account base URLs.

Updating Fluent CLI

Run the following command to update Fluent CLI`npm install -g https://downloads.fluentcommerce.com/v1.0.0/fluent-cli/release/latest`

FIX: replacing extract-zip 0.6.0 with adm-zip for handling Module archives
FIX: stripping trailing slashes from the base URL of the Fluent Account URL to avoid authentication and API issues
