Fluent Analytics: Next-Gen Dashboards & Contextual Metrics

Fluent Analytics is now available to all customers as the native analytics experience within the Fluent Order Management platform.

This release gives operational teams real-time visibility across orders, inventory, fulfillment, and returns. Embedded dashboards and individual metric tiles can be placed contextually anywhere in Fluent Web Apps, ensuring insights appear exactly where decisions are made.

Under the hood, Fluent Analytics introduces a new metrics data layer that powers these dashboards and tiles. Fluent will continue to expand available metrics, ensuring customers gain broader visibility and deeper analytical coverage over time.

Metrics Coverage

All available metrics in Fluent Analytics are defined and documented in the Fluent Metrics Library.

The Metrics Library links each business metric to its underlying data source and attributes within Fluent. Each entry includes:

• Definition – plain language description of the metric and what it measures.
• Context - when to use the metric.
• Interpretation - how to interpret the metric from a business/operational perspective.
• Key Considerations - considerations to be aware of.
• Technical Details – how the metric is derived.

Dashboards

Four pre-built dashboards are available in this release:

• Orders – Assess overall order performance and identify volume, value, and processing exceptions trends.
• Fulfillments – Analyze fulfillment operations from assignment to completion to uncover inefficiencies and delays.
• Inventory – Evaluate inventory levels, movement, and coverage across all locations and products.
• Returns – Understand return patterns, root causes, and opportunities to reduce return rates.

Upon implementation, the dashboards will be available under the “Dashboards” section in the Fluent OMS Web App.

Embedded Experience

• Pre-configured dashboards can be embedded natively within Fluent OMS Web Apps, such as Fluent OMS, Fluent Store, and Fluent Big Inventory.
• Metric tiles can be added anywhere contextually within Fluent Order Management Web Apps through the Fluent UX Framework.

Role-Based Access

• View-only access is provided for authenticated users per organization.

• Getting Started: Fluent Analytics requires an enablement process to be completed with Fluent Expert Services before dashboards and metric tiles are available. This can be initiated by contacting your Customer Success Representative or Expert Services consultant.
