Configure Multiple Parcels per item:

• You can now configure the Multi-Parcel component so that the number of parcels can exceed the number of items in the Fulfilment, allowing you to send a single SKU in multiple packages.

As a store associate, you often encounter large orders from customers who purchase multiple quantities of items. However, some items may require shipment in multiple parcels due to size, weight, or other logistical reasons. This feature allows you to efficiently process orders that require multiple parcels per item, ensuring accurate packaging and shipment.
