Definition

A segment of workflow that represents a business outcome. This typically involves several rulesets contributing to the same stage of an entity's lifecycle.

Example:

  • Cancel Order (Process)
    • Cancel Fulfilments (Sub-Process of Cancel Order)
      • Release Inventory (sub-Process of Cancel Fulfilments)
  • Order Sourcing (Process)
    • Assign Fulfilment (Sub-Process of Order Sourcing)
