Returns
Via the Returns setting you can now optionally calculate the returnable quantity using the fulfilled amount rather than the originally ordered amount.
As a business, you often deal with returns from customers for various reasons, such as damaged items, incorrect sizing, or changes in preferences. Managing returns efficiently while accurately reflecting inventory levels is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and optimizing inventory management processes.
This update enables flexible returns calculation based on fulfilled amounts rather than originally ordered amounts to streamline returns processing and maintain accurate inventory records.
