Retailer ID filtering for common queries to enable multi-retailer accounts

Description

The Fulfilment, Wave, Article and ArticlesByLocation custom query now supports filtering by RetailerID. This allows multi-retailer accounts to query an individual retailer’s fulfilments, rather than the entire account.
