Introducing the new Order History tab

We have built a new tab titled History within the Orders module in Flex Console. The History tab will provide Flex Console users with an easy-to-use detailed list of events for a customer's order and any related fulfillment or articles. For example, Flex Console users will be able to view exactly when an Order was created, when an Article arrived in the store, or when a customer collected their Article.

This feature is available for Flex Orchestration-enabled clients only. Contact your account manager for more information.
