Fluent Connect: Native AI-powered Integration Framework and Managed Connectors

Fluent Connect is now available as the native integration framework for Fluent Order Management.

This capability standardizes how customers connect Fluent Order Management with external systems such as marketplaces, payment providers, commerce platforms, service platforms, and inventory distribution services. Connectors run on Fluent-hosted infrastructure, with runtime orchestration, monitoring, and maintenance managed by Fluent Commerce.

Fluent Connect removes the complexity traditionally associated with integration projects, helping customers connect to any system in days, not months, while reducing total cost of ownership and accelerating time-to-value.

Fluent Connect includes two connector types:

• Hosted Connectors – Managed integrations with systems such as commerce platforms, payments, marketplaces, carriers, tax engines, ERP platforms, and more.
• Connected Inventory Connectors – A specialized category of Hosted Connectors designed for high-frequency, read-only inventory data flows into downstream systems such as commerce search engines or marketplace platforms.

Enablement and implementation guidance are delivered through Fluent Expert Services to ensure proper configuration and alignment with customer environments.

• Connected Inventory Connectors available for high-frequency synchronization with search, personalization, and availability platforms.

AI-Assisted Implementation

• AI-assisted build capabilities accelerate connector implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• AI prompts complement Fluent Commerce expertise, maintaining validation and oversight throughout configuration.

Hosted & Managed by Fluent Commerce

• Fully managed – Fluent Commerce hosts, monitors, and maintains each connector with SLA-guided resolution.
• Secure hosting environment with credentials and secrets managed by Fluent Commerce.
• Continuous updates ensure compatibility with API or system version changes.
