Order Type Length: When creating new Order workflows, the Order type value must be 18 characters or fewer, as it forms part of the workflow identifier used during orchestration. Follow the Workflow Naming Convention to ensure consistent and supported naming.

We provide three reference workflows Home Delivery (HD), Click and Collect (CC) and Mixed Baskets. Suppose our reference workflows do not accommodate your business case.
