• Setting up the Postman workspace (API+environment collections) is the first step towards testing availability. 
• Fulfillment options utilize the fulfillment options workflow; we usually have one for HD and one for CC. They can both be customized to consider extra parameters when providing the ATS quantity.
• The workflow can be inspected on Admin Console.

The lab covers creating and managing different order types in Fluent OMS, simulating warehouse and store interactions, and enabling user actions for order cancellation. It focuses on Home Delivery (HD), Click and Collect (CC), split fulfilment, and enhancing workflows with user-configured actions. This lab guide users through hands-on exercises using Postman and the Fluent OMS interface.

• HD Workflow (Home Delivery): Process and fulfill home delivery orders via a warehouse.
• CC Workflow (Click and Collect): Understand click and collect orders and simulate stock management and pickup.
• Split Fulfillment: Explore multi-shipment scenarios when stock is insufficient at one location.
• Order Cancellation: Configure user actions for order cancellation with reasons before fulfillment starts.
• Postman Integration: Use Postman to authenticate, create orders, and simulate fulfillment steps.
• Workflow Customization: Enhance order workflows by adding business rules and user actions.

The Setup and Configuration lab covers the step by step guide to setup a Retailer from scratch

• Stick to the following sequence while creating different entities

The labs in this article will walk you through the following scenarios: Fulfill CC, HD Order with Store-to-Store Transfer and Short Pick, Reassignment, and Multi-shipment.

• This lab cover store to store transfers and ship from store case scenario. 
• You would need a Store's dedicated user to log into Fluent Store and run the different operations in that store.
• All necessary master data can be set up via API or via Fluent OMS, as usual. 

These labs focus on debugging and troubleshooting Fluent Order Management workflows using GraphQL and Postman. They cover retrieving detailed data for orders and waves, analyzing audit events, identifying stuck orders, and re-triggering workflows. The goal is to simulate real-world scenarios, understand workflow paths, and resolve issues efficiently.

• Full Order/Wave Retrieval: Use GraphQL to fetch information on orders and waves.
• Audit Events: Use Event APIs to trace orchestration activities and errors.
• Status Transitions: Track entity status changes and time spent in each state.
• Stuck Orders: Identify and troubleshoot orders stuck in specific statuses.
• Workflow Debugging: Simulate workflow breaks and resolve stuck entities.
• Re-trigger Rulesets: Fix workflows and re-trigger events for stuck orders to progress.

This module will guide you through a hands-on lab where you can put all of the theory to practice and implement a simple Fraud Check solution.  This will cover adding new business logic to your workflow, including configuring some user actions to enable business users to approve or cancel orders that have been flagged as potentially fraudulent.

• For this lab you will need:
  • Postman application installed
  • A Fluent Commerce training account
  • A Postman environment file corresponding to your your Fluent Commerce account
