Availability Labs

Setting up the Postman workspace (API+environment collections) is the first step towards testing availability.
Fulfillment options utilize the fulfillment options workflow; we usually have one for HD and one for CC. They can both be customized to consider extra parameters when providing the ATS quantity.
The workflow can be inspected on Admin Console.

Prior experience is not required to pass the exam, and all questions can be answered by studying the documentation.
Even if you have completed previous training, review the Sales Enablement Knowledge Track to ensure you're up to date with Fluent's capabilities.

HD Workflow (Home Delivery): Process and fulfill home delivery orders via a warehouse.
CC Workflow (Click and Collect): Understand click and collect orders and simulate stock management and pickup.
Split Fulfillment: Explore multi-shipment scenarios when stock is insufficient at one location.
Order Cancellation: Configure user actions for order cancellation with reasons before fulfillment starts.
Postman Integration: Use Postman to authenticate, create orders, and simulate fulfillment steps.
Workflow Customization: Enhance order workflows by adding business rules and user actions.

This lab cover store to store transfers and ship from store case scenario.
You would need a Store's dedicated user to log into Fluent Store and run the different operations in that store.
All necessary master data can be set up via API or via Fluent OMS, as usual.

Full Order/Wave Retrieval: Use GraphQL to fetch information on orders and waves.
Audit Events: Use Event APIs to trace orchestration activities and errors.
Status Transitions: Track entity status changes and time spent in each state.
Stuck Orders: Identify and troubleshoot orders stuck in specific statuses.
Workflow Debugging: Simulate workflow breaks and resolve stuck entities.
Re-trigger Rulesets: Fix workflows and re-trigger events for stuck orders to progress.

For this lab you will need:
- Postman application installed
- A Fluent Commerce training account
- A Postman environment file corresponding to your your Fluent Commerce account
