Problem
When customers encounter issues with specific items in their orders, such as damages or delays, the retailer needs to compensate them in a flexible manner. Traditional systems may not support applying appeasements to individual line items or may only allow adjustments at specific points in the order process.
Fluent Commerce allows customer service agents to create specific appeasement amounts for multiple line items at any stage of the order and payment journey, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution process that enhances customer satisfaction.
A custom-built React component in the Fluent Commerce UI enables customer service agents to apply specific appeasement amounts to individual line items throughout the order lifecycle.
