Key Points

Profiles in Draft and Inactive states can be promoted to Active.
Activation makes the currently active version, Inactive..
The system always maintains one active profile version at a time.
A confirmation modal ensures activation was intentional.

Prerequisites

Activate Sourcing Profile

Steps

Open Draft or Inactive Profile Version

From the View History drawer, locate the required draft or inactive version. The drawer can be opened either from:

The ellipsis (⋮) menu on the Sourcing Profiles page, or
The View History button on the Profile Details page.

Select the draft or inactive version you want to activate.

Activate Version

Click Activate on the Draft or Inactive Profile Details page. The system displays a confirmation window to validate the activation. No alt provided

Review Status

The selected draft is promoted to Active, and the previously active version is set to Inactive. The UI refreshes to reflect the updated status.
