Overview
This setting stores the data to compute the Service Level Agreement (SLA) when there is an article that needs to be moved from one store to another store. The following logic is used to determine the SLA:
- ETA FROM BOTH STORES.
- GREATER OF ( from_Store ETA) AND ( To_Store ETA)
- ETA OF from_Store
- ETA OF To_Store
- ETA FROM THE SETTING
- DEFAULT VALUE OF 3 HOURS
