UI Description
Forwards the source event if the order delivery address longitude and latitude exist.

Actions
- This rule extends and forwards the input event with name eventName. Longitude and latitude of the order delivery address are added to its attributes.
- Remember, a Longitude of 0 and Latitude of 0, are a valid set of Longitude and Latitude. Supplying these values counts as "present" for the purpose of this rule.
