UI Description
Forwards the source event if the order delivery address longitude and latitude do not exist.

Actions
- This rule forwards the input event with name eventName if longitude or latitude of the order delivery address does not exist.
- Remember, a Longitude of 0 and Latitude of 0, are a valid set of Longitude and Latitude. Supplying these values counts as "present" for the purpose of this rule, rather than "not present"
