New Event Type Improving Traceability - Orchestration_Audit

Events Enhancement

The addition of a new event type, `Orchestration_Audit`, is now available for all Orchestration-enabled clients. These events can be searched in the event search, retrieved via API, and are visible in the Order History tab. All events that occur during an orchestration action are now recorded as `Orchestration_Audit` events, which will provide better visibility and traceability. Some of the events now available include customer notification via SMS or email and article status updates to Awaiting Collection.

The event status will also now be returned in the Events Search module in Flex Console and will be visible for all clients. This will allow users to easily identify if an event is Complete, Pending, or Failed.
