Course Labs queries:
Issue: Encountering a “Whoops, page not found!” error message when logging into Fluent apps.
Solution:
- This error usually occurs when incorrect login credentials are used.
- Use your FC Fashion Retailer Admin user credentials (username and password), which can be found in your environment file. Look for:
`fluent.retailer.fc_fashion.user.username`
`fluent.retailer.fc_fashion.user.password`
Reset a failed exam:
Failing all 5 attempts on the final assessment does not prevent you from continuing your learning journey.
What Happens Next:
- After 5 failed attempts, the system will allow you to proceed to the next module (e.g., the course survey) and the subsequent course in your learning path.
Requesting an Exam Reset:
- If you wish to reattempt the final assessment, email learning@fluentcommerce.com with your request.
- Our team will respond as soon as possible.
Password Reset Instructions
Your account will become temporarily locked after 10 failed login attempts.
Steps to Reset Your Password:
- Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to reset your password.
- Follow the instructions in the reset email to regain access.
If You Experience Issues:
- If you don’t receive the reset email, wait an hour and try again.
- IMPORTANT: Avoid reusing an old password, as this can cause the reset to fail.
