Key Points
- This page helps to understand the new functionality that helps users to change own password during the authentication process.
- This is only applicable to users who doesn't use corporate identity to login into Fluent OMX.
- If you use corporate identity to log into Fluent, please contact internal IT team or administrator and follow internal process for changing password.
Steps
Password Reset during authentication
Instructions:
- In the event that you forgot your password, you can reset it from the login page by clicking "Forgot password" link below the Sign On button.
- Once you reset your password, you’ll be redirected to Password Reset page. Here you need to enter your username and click on Submit button.
- Then you’ll be redirected to Enter New Password page.
- If you have an active account with a valid email address, you will receive an email with a recovery code which you may enter in an appropriate field.
- Enter a new password in the two available fields (once to create, once to confirm), and click Save button.
- If you do not receive an email with a recovery code, you can click “Don’t receive an email? Resend” link. Email with recovery code will be resent.
- In the event that you forgot your password and are not able to reset it by yourself, you need to contact your administrator to recover the password.
