User Management
User management is an internal process of a client. Your nominated IT team or a partner is responsible for it.
Corporate IdP
Corporate users
For corporate IdP every Fluent user has a corporate email associated with this user. Corporate users are added using the following steps:
- Step 1. Create a new or use an existing user from corporate IdP.
- Step 2. Create the user with the same username in Fluent using API or Console (OMS).
Do not provide your corporate password for a user created in Fluent. All passwords are only saved in your corporate IdP.
Support process for Corporate IdP
The Fluent team is not responsible for MFA issues, enabling or disabling users, or changing password requests. Fluent doesn't save passwords and cannot change them for corporate users. If any issues happen, users will need to follow internal company processes and contact their internal support team.
Passwords and other settings for API and SSO Administrator users can be managed in the SSO Vendor Environment.

Fluent User Creation
Create Fluent Platform Users via Fluent OMS or via API. You will need to provide a password and then send it to a user. New users will be required to change their passwords on their first login.
Support process for Fluent IdP
All users will need to be created and managed in the SSO Vendor Environment. Your IT team or a partner, if nominated, will be responsible for all user management issues.
Using SSO Vendor Environment, you will get access to features previously not supported in Fluent:
