Improved user experience of key features on Fluent web apps

Key features in Fluent Web Apps now have better readability and usability. This provides a better user experience on desktop and mobile devices. Updates include:

• Toast messages have been redesigned to be more prominent and provide clearer notifications to users.
• The first primary user action on mobile devices will no longer be hidden under the menu, minimizing clicks to perform key tasks.
• Reduce mistakes by clicking on an image to get a zoomed-in view of the item in question.
• On small-format mobile devices, users will no longer have to scroll horizontally to navigate through results.

• The Quantity List component label now falls back to "Quantity" rather than "Return Quantity" when the appropriate translation label is not found. The translation label has also been updated from

  `fc.sf.ui.returns.orders.createReturnOrder.list.column.returnQty.label`

  to

  `fc.mystique.list.column.quantity.label`

• Fixed an issue where sometimes decimal places didn't work when being used with Number Template Strings. You can now optionally specify a desired number of decimal places when using Number Template Strings.
• The Quantity Selector component is now exposed in the Component SDK.
• Fixed an issue in the reference Fluent Store Waves Manifest that caused the Create Wave user action to appear on the in-progress and completed waves pages. Now, users can create waves on the orders awaiting pick and waves dashboard page.
