Overview
Accessing the Workflow Builder
Key points
- The Workflow Builder UI is accessible through the Admin Console (not available on Fluent OMS).
- In order to add or edit an existing WF from the UI, you would need to have the right permissions.
Builder Concepts
The Workflow Builder is the user interface (UI) of the Workflow Engine. It provides visualization and management of all configured workflows, including Rulesets, rules, and user actions. To familiarize yourself with the relevant terminology, see How the Workflow Engine Works.
The Workflow Builder User Interface
The Workflow Builder UI is accessible via direct access or through the Admin Console.
Permissions
The user needs
`WORKFLOW_CREATE`
`WORKFLOW_UPDATE`
`ORCHESTRATION_ADMIN`
Direct Access
The direct link to the Workflow Builder in the Admin Console on your Sandbox environment is:
`[fluentAccountId]`
Access via Admin Console
To access the Workflow Builder log in via the Admin Console, and navigate to the Orchestration section from the left-hand navigation:

After login, the Workflows Screen is displayed, which contains tabbed lists of workflows per domain. For example, Orders, Inventory and Locations.

Working with Workflows
By clicking on a Workflow title, the visual diagram view of the workflow is displayed. If there are sub-entities involved as part of the overall lifecycle of the domain root entity, they are also displayed in swim lanes below the main flow.
