Steps
Prerequisites
- Fluent OMS is enabled
- The context switcher is enabled for Fluent OMS
- The login user has been granted access to more than one retailer
Log into Fluent OMS as a user who has been granted access to multiple retailers
The drop-down list of retailers should be visible on the page.
Click on the active retailer in the top navigation bar
the list of available retailers to navigate to should then appear in a dropdown. You can then switch to one of the available retailers by choosing one from the list.
You can navigate back to the previous retailer by repeating Step 2 and choosing the original retailer.
